Where we ship

We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO boxes. We don't ship outside the United States.

Shipping rates

The subtotal is counted after any discount code and before tax.

How your order ships

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within [[PLACEHOLDER: order processing/handling time before shipment]].

Every order goes by Economy shipping, which usually takes 5 to 8 business days. We ship with USPS. We'll email you a confirmation when you place your order and a tracking number when it ships. If we can't ship your order within the time we've told you, we'll email you with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund.

Damaged in transit

If anything arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the box to [[PLACEHOLDER: support email]] within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund it, and you don't need to send it back. See our Returns and Refunds policy.
