Returns and Refunds

Returns

• Unused products. You can return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label. Once the item arrives, we'll refund your original payment method.
• Used products. Used brushes and other used products can't be resold, so we refund or replace them only if they're faulty. Tell us within 30 days of delivery.
• Damaged in transit. If anything arrives damaged, email a photo of the item and the box to [[PLACEHOLDER: support email]] within 7 days of delivery. We'll send a replacement or refund it, and you don't need to send it back.
• Sets and collections. You can return unused items from a set or collection, such as THE ATELIER, on their own. The refund is that item's share of the price you paid for the set.

How to return

1. Email [[PLACEHOLDER: support email]] within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply, usually within 2 business days, with a prepaid return label and instructions.
3. Pack the items securely in their original packaging and send them with the label.

Return shipping is on us for unused returns and for anything that arrived damaged or faulty. Original shipping charges aren't refunded. Once your return arrives and we've checked it, we'll refund your original payment method and email you to confirm.
