Why pay more for a brush?

Because you use it every morning. A brush that holds its shape, sits well in your hand and washes cleanly is one you keep reaching for. Each head is shaped for one job.

Are the brushes antibacterial?

No. We don't make antibacterial claims for anything we sell. Wash them regularly with mild soap and warm water, rinse well and lay them flat to dry.

How often should I wash my brushes?

Once a week is a good habit for brushes you use every day. Use WASH or your palm, mild soap and warm water. Keep water away from where the fibres meet the ferrule, squeeze gently and dry flat.

Will these brushes help with breakouts or sensitive skin?

We don't make skin claims. Our brushes are for applying makeup. If you have questions about your skin, talk to a dermatologist.

Can I travel with the set?

How much is shipping?

Orders of $29 or more ship free. Orders under $29 ship for a flat $9.95. The $29 is counted after any discount code.

How long does delivery take?

Orders leave us within [[PLACEHOLDER: order processing/handling time before shipment]]. Every order goes by Economy shipping with USPS, which usually takes 5 to 8 business days. We email a tracking number when your order ships.

Where do you ship?

To addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, including PO boxes. We don't ship outside the United States.

Can I return something?

Yes. Unused products in their original packaging can come back within 30 days of delivery. Email us and we'll send a prepaid return label, and we refund your original payment method once the item arrives. Used brushes and other used products are refunded or replaced only if they're faulty.
